Creating an invitation

Is there a way that I can create an invitation on an Excel spreadsheet that I can put an accept and decline button on and when I send it out, it will let me know if someone has accepted or declined the invitation?

There are a number of ways you can do this, but really depends on the audience / how you are 'sending out' the spreadsheet.
In a simplest form, if you are using the spreadsheet across a network, you can add a userform through VBA which enables the user to input their details and click accept / decline, which would then update a list held on the same spreadsheet again through
VBA code.
If you are sending out via email, things start to get a little trickier - you'd need code which allows the end user to click the button, which would register their response as before and this would then trigger them sending an email back to you, again all
via VBA, but this approach can have issues - if sending 'externally', you don't know what the end users security level is, for example - this may prevent excel from sending an email on their behalf.
Depending on what you are actually looking to achieve, I would probably move away from Excel for this (and then maybe use Excel to collate the results).
I used to regularly send out emails in Outlook with the 'voting' buttons.
Then, once response had been
received, would 'lift' the table of responses from outlook into Excel to look at the returns.

Going another step further, you can look at something like doodle.com, which allows you to set up simple polls, email a link to recipients and then collate the responses, even allowing you to export to excel for further analysis as needed (this isn't something
I've really used yet, but looks like a neat tool).

Using Windows troubleshooter:

Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
Troubleshooter window for Windows update will pop up. Click on NEXT. It may ask you for administrative permission.
The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
Now, close this window and try download/install the app which was previously showing error.
