Disk Space Explodes! When I Open A Program

Hello,
I have a problem with my computer that has been happening for the past month or so.
Whenever i log on to my user account and open a program, my computer would freeze up and nothing would respond.
I had to shut off my computer manually by holding the power
and logged back on to my user.
This time i opened the resource manager.
I noticed that when I first log on to my user, the Disk is using 80,000 Bytes, but then calms down to about 0-500 KB.
(With ocassional jumps of about 8000 bytes) And then again when i open a program the disk space explodes and goes to hundreds and thousands of Bytes.
I scanned for viruses with Malwarebyte and Macafee but found nothing, my computer was clean.

I do not wish to factory reset my computer but if its the only way...

Please do help me as i have found nothing about this anywhere else, i seem to be the only one.



I JUST NOTICED When I first start the computer there are hundreds of svchost in the Disk Space, but now about 15 minutes into Run Time theres hundreds of
System 

Theres also a couple Chrome.EXE (which i believe is google chrome)
