After booting to desktop nothing works.

Original title: Desktop Windows not working.
Hi.
my laptop has a problem which is unsual.
Yesterday it stopped responding by itself and I had to switch it off by removing the batteries.
Now when I am starting my laptop, everything is going fine I can login my windows account but when it brings me to
the desktop nothing is working at all!!! I tried to reboot my laptop millions of time and nothing is working at all! 

I left my laptop on stand by and when I just woke up now, there was a small note saying:

Windows 7
Build 7601
This copy of Windows is not genuine.

I am surprised that why is it saying that to me when this windows is 101% genuine and its not letting me do my work.

Please help me ASAP! :)
