I have a laptop with windows 7 on it and it keeps telling me to back up but the back up keeps getting stuck.
what should i do.
I am using discs to back up.
was using a flash drive but it got full.
PLEASE HELP I USE THIS LAPTOP FOR SCHOOL.

This issue may occur if there are conflicts or hindrance to the backup process caused by security software’s.
I would suggest you to try the following steps and then attempt backup again.
 
Method 1:
Disable the security software, follow the steps mentioned below

Note: Enable the security software back once everything is done.
 
Method 2:
Boot the computer in clean boot and check if the issue still persists.

Using Windows troubleshooter:

• Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
• A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
• Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
• Troubleshooter window for Windows update will pop up. Click on NEXT. It may ask you for administrative permission.
• The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
