How to Resolve - Backup Fails with error "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)"?

Backup Fails with error "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)"

Original Title: Backup fails: Missing file
I get this error during the Windows 7 backup: "Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\SapWorkDir.
Error:(The system cannot find the file specified.
(0x80070002))"
The directory C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile does not exist on my system.
I tried to exclude this from the backup but it doesn't look like the C:\Windows directory is part of the backup.
So it is not in the list to "de-select"? How can I find out
why Windows 7 is trying to back this file and how do I remove this from the backup.
The backup is actually failing and no files are being backed up.
