Already tried various fixes for 8024402F and still not updating

Insight on computer:
Never had any problem with it.
I decided to format my hard drive and convert it to GPT no problem with that everything working until I tried to update.
I reinstalled Windows (fresh install) and same problem.
Even installed it on a SSD and it had the same error
code.


I did
all the methods described in this thread except the one about using the upgrade from the DVD. 

Any help would be appreciated

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.
