All online internet images are suddenly very blurry?

I  have a Dell Inspiron 1525 lap top, two yrs old...  Suddenly, all images on my computer are very blurred and unclear !  This includes all images from all websites and my own downloaded images.  I called in to Dell for assistance and they sold me an iYogi
product that allowed for them to remotely access my computer.  After they 'monkeyed' around in my computer for 20, yes twenty hours, the problem was unresolved!  I ended up getting my $170.
refunded back from them.  In the mean time, I do have Norton Security
and have checked for bugs, and none are detected.  I'm two months into this problem now.  Anyone have any ideas ?
