App Bar will not appear on Start Screen
Hello, I have a Sony Vaio T Series Ultrabook 15.5" Refurbished Touch-Screen Laptop - 8 GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive with Windows 8 and recently downloaded Windows 8.1.
For the past two weeks I have not been able to move the Tiles on my Start Screen, and
I can not even get the App Bar to show on my Start Screen eventhough the App Bar will still show in other apps.
Any suggestions??
