Application not Compatible with Windows 8

Keil\UV4\Uv4.exe is not starting up in windows 8.
Earlier I was able to run this simulator in windows 7.
What might have the problem?

I understand that you are not able to run the application “Keil uVision4” in Windows 8, which was working fine with Windows 7.
 
If the Software is not compatible with Windows 8 operating system, I suggest you to install the application in Windows 7 Compatibility Mode
 
a)      Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
b)      Type compatibility in the search box and then press
enter.
c)       Click “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” option from the list appeared in the left side.
d)      Select the .exe file and Click on Open.
