Solutions to the Problem are programs supposed to run on startup?
You can set your update settings to:
1-download and install
2-download but dont install
3-Notify you but dont download
4-Never downlaod (not reccommended)
The fact that the Sec updates are failing makes me a bit suspicios and I would run Malwarebytes just to be sure.
Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
Update it immediately.
Do a full system scan
