Problem: 
I Cannot Open Any apps from the start screen, they open for a few seconds and then crash.
reverting to the start screen.
this includes Windows store and PC Settings. 

Already Tried: 
-My Screen Resolution is at the Recommended to use apps 
-Tried Running Troubleshooting program and restarted, did not work
-tried updating Nvidia 650M driver, currently running newest software did not work
-tried running Command Prompt in admin using "scannow", did not work
