Browser tab stretches in IE10 + Windows 7

Hello,
 
When there are two or more tabs opened in IE10 RTM, and then I close the last browser tab in the right side, the other tab will have '2 tabs width' for a moment and then it will be normal '1 tab width' again.
Is this a bug or a feature? If it is a feature, how can I turn it off?

Based on the description, it appears that you would like to turn off closing tabs feature in Internet Explorer.
I will defintiely help you in this issue.
 
It's not possible to turn off this feature as it's a new design feature in Internet Explorer 10.
 
Earlier, in Internet Explorer you need to place the mouse and select the red mark to close the tabs.
But, in Internet Explorer 10, the tabs will occupy the same place of the other tabs and you need not move the mouse to close the tabs.
