Casio FA-128 ran under WinXP but not Win7. [Anwsered]

Casio FA-128 ran under WinXP but not Win7.

Problem:

I own a Casio SF-6700sy organizer.
I have the cable and two 3.5 in program disks.
They would install under WinXP but they will not execute under Win7.
The Program Compatibility App has not helped.
Any comments welcome.

1. What is the complete error message are you getting while you installing the software?

Check whether the software is compatible with Windows 7 from the following link:

If it is not compatible to Windows 7, then I would suggest you to install the program in Windows 7 by choosing the compatibility level as Windows XP:
